Blue Mastiff Alerts is an optional, non-marketing SMS program for customers, staff and authorized internal operators. Depending on your enrollment, messages may cover service availability, outages and maintenance; support-ticket and project updates; account and billing notices; or internal operational and IT alerts. Messages may be sent automatically. Customer enrollment does not subscribe you to internal staff alerts.

You must expressly consent to the messages described at enrollment for the mobile number you provide. Providing a phone number elsewhere, having an account or being employed by Blue Mastiff does not by itself enroll you. Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Message frequency varies with your selected alerts and relevant activity. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about its charges and availability.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this program. You may receive a final confirmation of your request, after which program alerts will stop. Reply HELP for assistance, or visit https://www.bluemastiff.com/contact. To enroll again, contact Blue Mastiff and provide fresh consent. Notify us if your number changes or you no longer control it.

Texts may be delayed, interrupted or unavailable. This program is not an emergency service or a substitute for emergency or on-call procedures. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
